There are three restaurants available. The gambling hall occupies 50,000 square feet, and has exclusive features like an eighty-spot motor home park and 2,500 passenger barge.

Casino Queen is situated in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. A total of one hundred and fifty beds and 7 suites close-by at the gambling hall. The gambling den covers27,500 square feet and provides several highlights. Besides gambling, Casino Queen presents a 2,500 client river boat, a one hundred and forty space trailer campground and simple access to MetroLink light-train location.
